Profile — Legal acknowledgements
The Profile ▸ Legal acknowledgements page is your own record of the legal documents you have accepted in Athenty. It answers a simple question: which documents have I agreed to, which version, and when?
What you see
Section titled “What you see”Each row shows one acceptance:
- Document — the acknowledgement or policy you accepted, with the context in which you accepted it (for example, sign-up or identity verification).
- Version — the exact version of the wording you accepted. If the wording is later updated, your record keeps the version you actually saw.
- Accepted — the date you accepted it.
The table is sortable by any column and follows Athenty’s standard record typography.
Per-user, not per-organization
Section titled “Per-user, not per-organization”Your acknowledgements live with you, not with your organization. When your organization’s owner accepts a master agreement on the organization’s behalf, that is a separate fact from each individual user accepting the documents that apply to them. This page is the individual side of that record.
Organization administrators have a parallel, read-only Team acknowledgements view under Settings ▸ Legal that mirrors this list across all members of the organization.
Read-only
Section titled “Read-only”This page is read-only. The legal documents themselves are managed centrally by Athenty — they apply identically to every organization and cannot be edited here. The current, approved wording is always available in the live Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
If a document’s wording changes, you may be prompted to re-acknowledge the updated version the next time you sign in — which adds a new row here for the new version.
