Signatures Required
The Signatures Required page is your personal inbox of envelopes that have been assigned to you for signature. Rather than hunting through email for signing links, every envelope waiting on your signature is listed here, and each row opens the in-app signing view.
What’s on the page
Section titled “What’s on the page”Each row carries:
- Subject — the envelope’s subject line.
- Matter — the associated matter name and reference, when the envelope is tied to a matter.
- Sent — when the envelope was sent to you (relative time).
- Status — Pending (not yet opened) or Viewed — needs sign (opened but not yet signed).
- Action — a Sign button that opens the signing view.
A count at the bottom summarizes how many envelopes are waiting on you. When nothing is outstanding, the page shows an empty state (“Nothing waiting on you.”).
Signing flow
Section titled “Signing flow”Clicking Sign navigates to /sign/<accessToken> — the same SPA
signing route the emailed invite link uses. Both entry points share one
signing experience, so signing from this inbox is identical to signing
from an email invite. You complete the signature in-app; no separate
login pathway is involved.
This is a per-user inbox: it shows only envelopes where you are a signer. It does not show envelopes you sent to others (those live under Envelopes), nor signatures pending on your colleagues.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Symptom | Most likely cause | Fix |

| An envelope isn’t listed | You’re not a signer on it, or it isn’t sent yet | It appears once it’s sent and you’re a signer |
| ”Sign” opens an expired view | The envelope was voided or completed | Ask the sender to re-send |
| Status stuck on “Viewed” | You opened but didn’t finish signing | Click Sign and complete the signature |
